Ron has over 30 years of experience in the Tube and Pipe as well as the Roll Form Industry. He began his career programming and operating CNC equipment prior to entering the sales arena. Ron's firsthand experience in building roll tooling empowers his ability to quickly quote customer jobs, expedite customer feedback and offer excellent lead times.

  Gary has been designing roll tooling for over 30 years.  He started is career in the late 80’s learning his craft from some of the best engineers in the industry, including his father Chuck.  In the early years, he concentrated on tube and pipe designs as well as special welded shapes including squares, rectangles, ovals and many others.  In the mid 90’s, he wanted to expand his skill set and started to design tooling for the roll form industry.  He really enjoys the challenge of designing a precise set of tooling to run perfectly.

Mark has been involved in the operations of the roll manufacturing industry for 26 years. With experience running OD and blanchard grinders, as well as in inspection and engineering, Mark serves as an essential team member. In utilization of his past ten years of management experience, he ensures the safety and shipping processes are performed both efficiently and effectively at Hartsgrove Machine.
